Billing Problem
Hi Nebius team,
I'm participating in the Nebius × NVIDIA Global AI Hackathon 2026 and have received my $25 Nebius Token Factory promotional code.
However, Token Factory redirects me to the billing setup page and requires a bank card before I can access the dashboard or create an API key.
I'm a student participant and need to keep my project expenses at zero. Could you please advise whether my hackathon credits can be activated and Token Factory access enabled without adding a payment card?

Hi Nebius Support,
I’m participating in the Nebius × NVIDIA Global AI Hackathon and have received my hackathon code. However, when I try to access Nebius Token Factory through the official website using my own account, I’m required to enter credit/debit card details before proceeding.
I would like to claim my hackathon credits, but I cannot proceed past this step. Could you please help me resolve this issue and explain how I can redeem my credits?
