Token Factory access without a credit/debit card?

Hi! I'm a student from Bangladesh registered for the hackathon. When I try to set up Nebius Token Factory, the billing page requires a debit/credit card, and I don't have one. Is there any way to get Token Factory access or credits without adding a card (for example, through the Builders Program or a hackathon-provided key)? Thank you!

    I'm hitting the same issue. I filled out the $25 Token Factory promo code form on the Resources page (with code NEBIUS-DEVPOST-GLOBAL26) a few days ago, and separately joined the Nebius Builders Program for the additional credits. Neither has emailed me a code yet, and I've checked spam/promotions.

    Today I tried creating a Token Factory account directly to at least get started with the trial credit, and it's asking for a credit/debit card before I can finish onboarding. That's blocking me from getting an API key working at all, promo code or not.

    Is this expected, or is there a card-free path for this hackathon? Would appreciate a nudge on the promo code email too if anyone from Nebius sees this. Thanks!

    I am a student developer from Morocco participating in the Nebius × NVIDIA Global AI Hackathon. I am building GreenShield AI and need a Nebius Token Factory API key.

    The signup process asks me to add a bank card, but my card currently has no funds. Is there an approved way to verify my account and access the hackathon promotional credits without a funded card?

    I am a third-year Electronics and Computer Engineering student from Maharashtra, India, participating in the Nebius × NVIDIA Global AI Hackathon.
    I am facing an issue while trying to access Nebius Token Factory. Before I can obtain an API key, the platform asks me to complete billing details, select Individual or Company, enter personal or company information, and add debit/credit card details.
    As a student developing my hackathon project, Third Eye, I want to use the platform for development with hackathon or promotional credits. However, I am unsure why these billing and company details are required before I can even generate an API key.

    I’m participating in the Nebius × NVIDIA Global AI Hackathon. After signing in, Token Factory redirects directly to mandatory billing details. I cannot access Balance, promo-code redemption, or API keys, and I do not have a payment card. Please provide card-free onboarding or manually provision hackathon access.     I'm also a student participant from India, building Replica for the Nebius × NVIDIA Global AI Hackathon. I'm facing the same mandatory card-verification issue and cannot access an API key despite wanting to use the hackathon credits.

    Since several participants have reported this issue and the deadline is approaching, could the team please confirm whether card-free access or manual provisioning is possible?

    Hello Nebius Team,

    An update on my previous inquiry:

    I have now received my $25 Token Factory promotional code. Thank you.

    However, I am still unable to redeem it because I am redirected to the mandatory Billing Details page immediately after logging in.

    The documentation mentions applying promotional codes through the "Top up" option, but I cannot access the dashboard without adding a payment card.

    Could you please advise whether promotional credits can be activated without registering a debit or credit card?

    Hello Nebius × NVIDIA Hackathon Organizers,

    I would like to provide an update regarding my earlier inquiry about accessing Nebius Token Factory without registering a payment card.

    I have successfully received my $25 promotional code. However, I am unable to redeem it or generate an API key because Token Factory requires mandatory billing setup.

    I contacted Nebius Cloud Support directly, and they confirmed that:

    1. A bank card is required to complete onboarding.
    2. Promotional-credit-only access is currently unavailable.
    3. There is no guaranteed hard spending limit to prevent charges beyond the $25 promotional balance.
    4. No hackathon-specific sponsored account is currently available through their support team.

    Nebius Support advised me to contact the hackathon organizers or coordinators to explore alternative arrangements.

    I have already developed a working local prototype of an AI-powered industrial process intelligence application using Embedded C, Python, SQLite, and Streamlit.

    I am now at the NVIDIA Nemotron integration stage, but I cannot proceed without Nebius API access.

    Could the organizers please advise whether any of the following is possible?

    - Temporary hackathon API access without registering a personal payment card.
    - An organizer-approved Nebius AI Cloud environment with sponsored credits.
    - Any other officially supported method of demonstrating the required NVIDIA model integration without risking unexpected personal charges.

    With the October 30, 2026 submission deadline approaching, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
